Selecta one launches Group Leadership Team
From 1 May 2026, we are taking the next formal step in the development of our leadership structure with the launch of the Group Leadership Team. This is not a short-term reorganization. It is part of a deliberate, multi-year transition to broaden responsibility, strengthen the organization and prepare leadership succession in a structured and responsible way.
Torsten Mundus, Floris Tas and Nils Behrens have joined the Group Leadership Team as internal leaders who have grown with Selecta one and who bring experience in key parts of the business, Production, Sales, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Procurement. Together with Ulrich Sander, Andrea Dohm and Per Klemm, they will help form a broader leadership base for the Group.
