With RCS 2.0 (Rooted Cuttings System), we have created a completely new, ground-breaking product that combines environmentally friendly, resource-saving and efficient solutions at the same time. 

RCS 2.0 offers a unique combination of substrate-free rooting in biodegradable paper bags and compact sizes - innovative, sustainable and efficient!

The cuttings are rooted substrate-free in paper bags. This paper is biodegradable and free from fossil-based plastics. 

The substrate-free form enables an advantageous volume-to-weight ratio, i.e. efficient transport.  Much more plants per box are possible than with conventional rooted young plants. In addition to the higher capacity factor, the amount of material required is also significantly lower, as the product is lighter and therefore the box requires less reinforcement. 

Customers receive a ready-to-use product that can be processed flexibly. RCS 2.0 young plants can be processed directly and can be used for various pot sizes, jumbo RC or 6-packs.  A particularly successful application is, for example, the production of 6-packs: a higher success rate and easier processing are ensured. The cultivation time can be reduced by 3 weeks when using RCS 2.0 instead of unrooted cuttings, with better quality and a lower failure rate. RCS 2.0 is also the perfect option for producers of herbs who rely on organic cultivation.
