This variety features double flowers with delicate, wavy edges that change their appearance and colour during growth from pink, to a lighter pink and finally to white. It also has compact growth and a rounded appearance.
Not only the appearance of the variety, but also the name in combination with the concept surprises and inspires: I♥U – the abbreviation for the universal love message "I love you" initially suggests a lovely romantic context. The design around I♥U, on the other hand, amazes and exceeds all expectations. Bright and bold graffiti style of an exploding blossom and cool lettering in front of an exciting background – a message in urban lifestyle – absolutely hip, young and the embodiment of a modern proof of love. In this way we achieve a total contrast between image and text and thus something completely unexpected, fresh and new.
As for other highlight varieties, the marketing concept around I♥U can be implemented on material for advertising at the point of sale – from printed pots and labels to posters and banners.

Information on the I♥U pot:
The print quality should be eight-colour. The printing plate costs of the overall layout are covered by Selecta. The grower only has to pay for the individual printing plates for the plant passport and EAN. 10.5 cm and 12 cm printed pots are available at Desch and TEKU at any time. The minimum order quantity is 1 box (I♥U pot without plant passport or EAN code).
The minimum quantity for printing with your own plant passport / EAN code is between 30,000 and 50,000 units. Bundling smaller quantities can very quickly lead to large quantities with correspondingly low prices.
Example: 6 growers order 5,000 pots each => all 6 growers get printed pots with individual plant passport.
Paper pot covers are available for 14 cm and 17 cm pots – price depends on quantity ordered.
